The Palmer Foundation was founded in 1990.  Their mission is to help youth through critical transitions, protecting the environment and fostering public health.  The Palmer Foundation has supported HCF since 2009.  The Palmer Foundation's support has greatly helped us affect the lives of children in Africa.




The Delmarva Community!  Each year you come to our events, be it our Senior Dinner or Luncheon, which we hold each semester, or our famous Spring Luncheons, taking place nearly every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the spring.  At the end of the meal we ask you, not to tip your servers, but to tip the children of Africa, and you never let us down!  For that, we thank you, and we know the children of Africa do too!





The UMES Students!  You often see us in the SSC rotunda or maybe around at the Homecoming activities asking you for a dollar, only a dollar, to give a child a better life.  You may see us walking around with our "Coins for Kids" jars, just asking for pocket change.  Maybe you've bought a HCF T-shirt, or Love Chocolates for your sweetheart.  You are the heart and soul of our organization and we thank you!
